I am unable to update my SOny xperia J which I bough in Jan 2013 with OS version 11.0.A.3.28. I have been trying to update my phone's OS to 11.2.A.0.31 on Wi-Fi from last one month, though it has been quite some time when I got the update notification on my phone, but haven't been able to do so as it always ended with an error msg "could not download". now, today I am trying to do the same thru my computer for which I downloaded Sony bridge. Now, after doing the same thru this I am getting:

THe error also showed something of the sort of " could not launch the ue (code5)" text.

Please suggest how should i go about it?

I can't see the attachment of your post.

Did you try with PC Companion / Sony update service on a windows based computer?
