involuntary reset

Hello!

I lost my personal setup, contacts and kalender notes on my Xperia go the other day. Quite annoying.

It happended accidentally while the phone was in my pocket. I picked it out of my pocket after having walked for i while and it suddenly asked for my pin-code. I entered the pin-code and was asked to go through the setup process as if I turned on the phone for the first time. It seems the phone was accidentally reset in my pocket. Is there any way I can recover my lost data?

Sorry to hear that your Xperia GO have been reset.

Have you made any type of backup on your unit? Without a backup, this data is unfortunately lost and cannot be restored.

To prevent this in the upcoming future I suggest that you check so you have the latest software in your phone and if you have the latest software you can perform a software repair.
