Restarting problem Xperia M

My Xperia M getting restarting few times a week.

I bought Xperia M 1 month ago and now it is getting restarting automattically 2-3 times a week. I don't know what to do it restarts even when headphones are not connected.

Phone is updated.

Do you experience the same behavior if you start the phone in safe mode?

I m nt having this issue after re-inserting battery.I hope it won't appear again in future !!

Am facing this problem from 2months
I went to universal mobiles service center in hyd twice and even said i hav repaired my Xperia M dual C2004. With pc companion and update service but they said their repair os has magic n **bleep** n returned my device wit just resetting n one mother f@#kr used my mobile for a day and he dont even know how to reply to customers. Its not his mistake actually its mistake of worlds popular brand SONY. Still i faced same issues n went to ss electronics ameerpet hyd they even did nothing they just repaired os n returned back for my good luck this time i got bonus of facing network dropping issues along with restarting problem i dono wat to do with this **bleep** sony Xperia m dual now
I dont think this 10th. Failure workers of sony care centre will be able to solve my problem
I don't know what to do
Thinking of file a case in consumer court

I brought xperia m dual c2004 15 months ago.my phone automatically restart 2-3 times in a day. This problem happen everday. I also factory reset and repair phone with pc companion. I also visit sony service centre. But my problem is not solve. Please give me some solution.
