On my W995a, the right selection key is set to an internet provider's site, with logo. As is the top center menu item (in grid layout). On my K750, these items were just for general internet access. Is there a way to reset this to a general W995 settings? I have tried upgrading the software - but the setting stuck.

Thank you

I'm afraid that if the phone was purchased that way, it is obviously a branded phone and the settings may not be able to be replaced or changed. It won't hurt to try the following though:

Restore phone to factory default settings

Restoring your phone can be useful if you lend out the phone or just want to restore your phone to factory default settings and delete all user data.

To perform a master reset of settings and delete all user data:

Select Menu > Settings > General > Master reset.

Select an option:

Reset settings: If you want to delete all user data, such as contacts, messages, and downloaded games.

Reset all: If you want to reset both user data and restore all original phone settings.

Select Continue > Continue.

The phone restarts.

Note: When making a factory reset of all content, you may lose content that was in the phone when you purchased it.

Sorry for the delay, saw the first response, missed the second.

Yes, branded to MiWorld, a Singapore carrier. When I bought the phone on Amazon, it didn't say that nor did it say it was a non-US phone. It's a mild annoyance.
