Have you tried to restart the phone?

You can also try to start the phone in safe mode to see it's related to some apps you have installed in your phone:

You could try to repair the phone software using PC Companion:

http://www.sonymobile.com/update

In PC Companion, press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phones software > "Repair phone".
