Audio recording gone wrong

I am sure that something is wrong with audio recording in my phone.

Can somebody explain me what is wrong!? I bought this SP 2 months ago, and I can't figure out how can I record sound with good quality.

I have the same problem, it doesn´t have to be even a concert, this sound appeares in any louder environment.

I want to record my own band performances, but it is absolutely unusable. Can anyone help? I am trying to tape over the back microphone, but it doesn´t help, the front microphone takes too much sound level as well. Is that possible tro drive it by a software? Or is that just a hardware?
