      <description>&lt;P&gt;Each carrier has it's own roll-out plans.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your carrier may be on 140 and still testing 145.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Yap .145 for Russia I think. 140 for other countries...there's no difference between those two firmwares...</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Actually my update came to Portugal, not Russia :smileysmileywink:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My wife also has a V, although still with .140 (she has a different carrier than me).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Both phones are unlocked.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;FYI, there are some differences between the two firmware releases, but nothing radical.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
