Using save I get the same thing and the jpg doesn't show what it should, I viewed the same email on my pc and it all views without issues, any ideas?

Does this happen with all emails that come through with an image attached? Is this only based on this one email?

I suggest sending the same image to your own email account, and test it to see if it was only related to that one image.

Hi jake.
I've sent the email to several of my email accounts by using my pc and resending just the jpg image, it's the same with all my email accounts they're unable to read the jpg file yet read the same emails on my pc and you can view the attachment

Also if you view the emails using Chrome through for eg hotmail Web mail the attachment shows up, then save the file to album or open it up using album or for that matter any picture editor you get the black background with 2 white mountains cannot read media again
