I have a sony xperia Ion LT28H

After the update to 4.1.2 did not operate the wireless network only after removing the SIM or turn the device into flight mode.

Was this with one particular wifi connection (your home router?) or with any wifi network?

Then try resetting the phone or re-installing the software and see if that helps.
