      <description>&lt;P&gt;Do you experience the same behavior if you start the phone in safe mode? Perhaps the problem is related to any 3rd party apps installed in your phone.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If the problem persists in safe mode I suggest that your repair the phone software using PC Companion:&lt;/P&gt;
