DNS Query Failure

Someone help me, my arc s displays DNS Query Failure when i try to browse from the phone's inbulit browser.

what should i do, because i have already updated the phone's software twice and it didn't work.

Do you get this error message whether you are using Wi-Fi or 3G network?

Do you get this error message on a certain website or on all the website you are trying to access?

You could try to clear data for the browser. Go to settings > apps > all > browser > clear data > restart the phone.
