If touchscreen doesn't work at all and you can't unlock phone you can't use PC companion to repair firmware

You can try with SUS (sony update service), but in my opinion for this issue you have to go to the nearest sony service center

Hi

My phone turns on and recieves all forms of communication (data and calls) but the touch screen does not respond to touching at all. I can turn it on, but cannot unlock from the lock screen because it won't recognise any touch. It therefore cannot be turned off properly either. I have tried safe mode and all I can do is take the battery out to turn it off. It won't respond at all. What should I do? Should I just take it in for service?

Thanks
