Settings > accessibility > talk back > disable

i am unable to scroll down in the settings.i can only scroll upto sound

When you are scrolling make sure you use two fingers slightly spaced apart to scroll and double tap each icon to open it or you won’t be able to navigate through the menus when in this mode.
