Vibration mode issue

HI guys,

I don't know if anyone have this problem too.

When I hold power/lock button and choose vibration or silent mode in the menu, the call and notification ring is still on.

So, if I really want to change to vibrate/silent mode I need to unlock my phone and press the volume down key to do it.

how do I solve this issue? someone had the same problem and fixed it?

You had probably changes it's preset.Now,follow these steps:

First
1)Switch to Sound Mode.
2)Go to Settings->Sound->Volumes
3)Slide the Ringtone&Notification to the most right.In other words,make it very loud.

Second
1)Switch to Silent Mode.
2)Go to Settings->Sound->Volumes
3)Slide the Ringtone&Notification to the most left.In other words,make it Silent.

Third
1)Switch to Vibrate Mode.
2)Go to Settings->Sound->Volumes
3)Slide the Ringtone&Notification to the most left.In other words,make it vibrate.

Then shutdown your device and restart.That should work...
