SCN Auto Mode Issue

SCN Auto mode is not work in our language (Turkish). Camera always force closes after started a few seconds. When I change my phone language to English, SCN Auto mode is working very well. I have got same issue when I try to open the camera in lock screen. Can someone help? By the way, factory reset or to clear data is not working. Sorry for my bad english.

Set the language then > settings > apps > all > camera > clear everything > restart your phone

Thanks for reply. But "clear data" or "clear everything" is not working. After a while, I am facing the same issue. It is only working when I change my phone language to English.
