Headset problem

Since yesterday afternoon I have a problem with the headset (Sony-Headset MH-EX300AP) the problem is that the left side of the headset is quieter than the right side. I don't know how it happened but its obviously a hardware problem. Please tell me how to solve it.

I have the same problem. The headphones also had lower volume on the left all of a sudden. The problem persists if I use the headphones with other devices.

@m4sterp - This would indicate that there is a hardware problem with the headphone jack on your phone. With this being the case it would be ebst to contact your local Xperia Care team so that they may assist in arranging the repair of your device.

I have rhe same problem, i use this headset with my ps4. It isnt a problem with the controller jack, because other headphones are still working fine.
