I think the updates are being rolled out right now. Time depends on your region and/or carrier.

There's always an alternative, which is to manually update your phone but you should wait a bit longer

As this is my first Sony Andriod, may I can know the update is ready? Do I need to check it via the sony companion or check via the phone is enough?
