Is there a way to disable the warnings when mobile data is turned on and also for the auto sync settings.

its very annoying and have to click ok everytime mobile data is turned on.

Is there a way to disable the notification when you turn mobile data OFF? It's very annoying to have to swipe away the message every time that tells me it's turned off - I already know this, I've just turned it off!!
