Reading/Talking program for blind people

Hello guys,

I did not find such topic, or I mised it.

I would like to ask you if there is a program, which can be installed on the phone for helping blind people using the phone. Like the one istalled on the pc, which is reading to you with a real voice so you know what you are clicking.

Thank you in advance for the support and apologies if there is such topic, just don't know how to proper search for it.

Settings > Accessibility > Ok > it will prompt you to download "Talkback " (install it)

once its done downloading > installing

Settings > accessibiliy > Talkback
