Smartwatch 2 not working right :(

Hi, i have a problem with my smartwatch 2. I just got it today and went threw the pairing process and what not but, when i want to go to the homescreen on the watch this happens, i press the power button,press the home button, screen go's blank then goes back to the clock screen.Also,when that happens it disconnects for about 5 seconds and reconnects. Anyone experience this problem? ifso, how i would i fix it? I tried re installing the software and unpairng etc and nothing works.

Also,i can't reset or update the watch because, i can't acces the home screen

i have a similar problem , only just got this watch for my z1 a couple of days ago, played around with it connected installed apps then ahhhhhh i set alarm on it went to bed, then i wake up late for work no alarm and the smart watch wont get past the logo screen . i cant update it on sony update it connects and disconnets , i see some people on here have the same problem.

I have the same issue out of the box. Paired the SW2 to my Note 3 OK, downloaded both the Sony Smart Connect and Smartwatch 2 apps. The SW2 pairs with my device but when I press the power button on the SW2, while the dim clock is showing, the screen brightens, continues to show the clock and the notifications bar for a few seconds, flickers then returns to the dim clock.

I've tried pairing with NFC, without NFC, with 2 different devices (Android 4.2.2 and 4.2) but can't get it to work.

Like the original poster "i can't reset or update the watch because, i can't acces the home screen".

I think the SW2 is going back and my blog will be updated with my experience...
