Splash screen installer shown when internet is activated

Hi!

I have a Sony Xperia V, I have installed different apps according to my necessity, however since some time certain splash screen unexpectedly is shown just when 3G is activated to internet, those splash screens invite me to install a different kind of apps and games, other cases involve google play market auto executes to invite me to install another apps and this situation is very annoying to me to close every splash screen and google market. Attach samples.

My question is, ¿Is there anyway to discover which installed app is causing this to unistall it?

Try this

settings > apps > all > play store > uninstall updates > if the problem is sill there, you will have to uninstall apps one by one until you find the culprit
