touch screen options error

i have sony xperia mobile erroneously options changed in the mobile when i am typing number 9 number 7 is displaying and it is same with other options of the mobile phone.when select left icon, right side icon is opening. Kindly guide me how to rectify the problem?

Have you installed a third party keyboard?

there is no no third party key baord. I mentioned about on screen buttons/options on the touch screen. Hust like mirror view the options are working in reverse.
