how to update!!!

Hey every body,

i found in the update center that new system update is available(11.2.A.0.33)but when i click to update it doesn't work and when i went to (Sonymobile.com)to see the updates but i didn't find the new system update.and When ever I click on (play store) it starts loading then just redirects to the home screen displaying the message 'unfortunately, google play store has stopped' Is there any way to fix this?and if not how to update,please helpppp and thanksss

Did you tried using Sony PC Companion, Most of the system updates works well with "Sony PC Companion"
