Why is that my Xperia arc s can't connect to the Internet via 3g? Please help.

Do you have a data plan?
Is your data plan on?
Do you have the correct APN settings? (Settings > xperia > internet settings )

I think I dont have the correct APN settings. My Mobile network state is disconnected. And I cant find network mode in the settings. Any thoughts?
