my xperia ray still on 2.3.4 android and still cannot been update..

Software version may vary depending on market/region, operator, etc. Have you tried to update the phone using PC Companion?

If PC Companion says you have the latest software you already have the latest software version for your unit. You can contact your local support for more information of which is the latest software for your phone:

they must give 4.4 to ray!dont update man 2.3.4 is better! ICS ruined my bros 4n
