When i make a outgoing call from contact or any number it will take 3 to 5 minutes, i need a solution from sony immediately

What does it take 3-5 minutes?The moment the phone actually makes the call?

Do you have any third party programs that make use of a calling function such as Viber etc? Whilst the programs themselves will generally not cause any issues, if there was a problem with the installation this can interfere with the default apps.
