Trouble to access 3G network

The day I bought my phone I'm facing issues. On the second day itself it started rebooting.

I went to service centre and got it repaired. Still it had problems. It use to often hang in between the applications.

I repaired the software using Sony companion suite.

And now it has problem that I'm not able to access 3G network when I'm using 3G plan.

I called the support centre on the network I'm using I did what they instructed but no luck.

How do I deal with this problem

Get a brand new SIM card and double check the APN settings

Settings > Xperia > internet settings

Have you tried this: Settings--More--Mobile networks--Network operators--then choose the 3G network of your carrier? Also check with your carrier if 3G access needs special access point settings.
