xperia j very slow working

I am using xperia j from last 4-5 months. it was nice nice experience in the beginning but now days its working too slow. When opening book contacts / dialer takes so long, when receiving a call often the slide to unlock is hard to execute, other bad response is when opening and closing any APS is not predictable. Even I hardly installed few application like wats app.

I have checked RAM usage and available space during application running, both things are available (RAM usage not that much, plenty of free space are there in mobile). What would u suggest?

Empty your messaging app and also your call logs, if that doesn't work then repair your phone with
