I suggest that you remove the back cover of the phone and press and hold the OFF botton with a tip of a pen (or similar) for a few seconds. Then try to start the phone as normal again.

Xperia SP issue

I was listening to music and I wanted to change the song, but it wouldn't let me push the fast forward button. I then tried to log into the phone with my password, but the buttons were not responding. I can recieve messages and calls, but whenever I try to use the keypad, it wouldn't work. I also tried powering it off, but it wouldn't allow me to press "power off", either.

I am not willing to risk removing the battery manually, because it is hidden underneath other things in the phone, and I have heard that it should be done by an expert. I have already tried restarting by holding the power button+volume up, and I also tried power button +volume down.

Any ideas on how to fix this problem?
