    <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes. You need to take it to the service centre. I had a similar problem just few days back. The speaker sound crashed, though ear plugs were playing well. Service centre people told to replace the speaker. I got it replaced and now it is ok.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've seen video of 2 hours on my&amp;nbsp;Xperia&amp;nbsp;SP&amp;nbsp;with headphones plugged in for sound.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But on the next day the phone's sound is not working&amp;nbsp;apart from the ringing tone's sound. I've tried to use some of the solution given on this support forum but the problem still arise.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Solution tried-&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Uninstalled some of antivirus apps&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Repair Software with&amp;nbsp;Sony PC Companion 2.1&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. Factory Reset Phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4. Restart the phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Suggest working solution ASAP...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
