Walkman player problem

I have recently bought an Experia E partly as I was able to add a 16 GB memory card so that I can use it as a Walkman as well as a phone. The problem is that on occasions the player seems to pause for a fraction of a second and then carry on. This seems to happen at random intervals and with different tracks. This is really irritating and makes the device pretty much useless as a 'walkman'. Any ideas?

Does this happen when you get a text/mms/call?

Repair with Sony pc companion. (mine was fixed)

I am transferring from the PC using Sync from Media Player. I will try a copy from the file folder and see how that goes.

I have now downloaded the app. What did you do to 'repair', or did you use this to transfer files via Media Go? The app reports everything up-to-date. Sorry to be a bit think, but phones are not really my thing!

Click on your phone is up to date...
Then click repair my phone
Follow instructions and it will download 400mb and fix your phone
