LT28H software problems after update

As i told, i bought this phone recently and i've updated to 4.1.2

whenever i use Skype or LINE or whatsup or subway surfers etc.., suddenly my phone hangs and doesn't respond

even the "switch off" button also doesn't work i've to press the "switch off" & "Volume up" button to restart.... these applications either hangs or the application shutsoff suddenly

Apart from that, if i press the "call" button, sometimes, Blank screen appears and it takes 2-3 mins to comeback to the home screen... the "call" button takes too much time to make a call, and i haven't installed many applications. the memory in the phone is almost 9GB free, but still, it takes too much time to respond to applications or navigating from one screen to the other

Also the bottom touch buttons "Return, Home, Search.." needs to have 3-4 taps continuosly to start!!!

i dont understand, am i deceived??????

SONY PLEASE HELP, How should i do fix this???

All my friends says SONY phones have this problem and its an insult for me...i love SONY products and i've almost all the SONY products

please do something!! am a DIE HARD SONY fan!!!

It might be software correctly not update.

Repair your phone with PCC OR SUS

Update Service (SUS)

PC Companion (PCC)

Bridge (for Mac)

sorry to disappoint u but that is xperia ion for u and Sony support. Bottom buttons are like that from day 1! The phone IS laggy and has many problems. It's the update that is causing this problem!

for the bottom buttons on ion, always use finger impression or slide.

Avoid using finger tips. Sliding using finger print gives better result than finger tip pressing.
