    <description>&lt;P&gt;hello, everytime i receive/make a phone call on my phone the screen comes on &amp;nbsp;straight away then turns off when you put it up to your ears. this is very frustrating when you want to end the call or press numbers i.e: when calling 101 then you have to press those numbers to delete etc. is there somewhere or something i have to do to fix this problem please&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This is due to the proximity sensor and is designed to prevent you pressing buttons with your face whilst on a call. You will still be able to bring it back out of standby by tapping the power button as per normal.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;That's the way its supposed to work, as soon as you move the phone away from your ear the screen should turn back on&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
