      <title>My Sony Xperia Neo L is experiencing a black screen problem</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My phone is not starting. It is fully charged but when I press the on button it just vibrates and then nothing happens. The screen remains black &lt;IMG class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.com.mk/html/images/smilies/035.png" alt="Slightly_frowning_Face" title="Slightly_frowning_Face" /&gt; usually it used to show SONY and then XPERIA. When I connect my phone to my laptop via USB cable it doesn't read the contents saying there is nothing in Drive G. I have tried to disasseble and reasseble the phone, took out the battery pack and reinserted it but it's not working. I have tried charging it for hours. I have been using this phone since the past 9+ months. What to do with this black screen problem, please help. I love my phone. Oh and by the way, I am in Pakistan and there are no Sony smartphone service centres here. HELP!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I suggest that you repair the phone software using PC Companion:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="http://www.sonymobile.com/update" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;http://www.sonymobile.com/update&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;In PC Companion, press start on Support Zone &amp;gt; Start on Update the phones software &amp;gt; Press the blue link that says "Repair phone". Do this without the phone connected to the PC and make sure that you have the phone completely turned off.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
