Problem with audio record

Hello.

In the first time, sorry for my bad english.

I have a SP with the new firmware.

Well, when I record a video, o record a voice message...some record with voice, the audio is very very very bad, the audio distorts.

For example, in a concert, or when the ambient sound is high, the audio record distorts.

I record a example video:

I have taken my smartphone to technical support and only indicate to me that, been upgraded to the latest version...logically, the problem persists.

I left my smartphone back in the service shop with a claim.

In my old xperia neo v, the quality of voice record, was simply wonderful.
