Problem With Touch Screen

My phone suddenly went into some unknown mode or what i dont know ....since then it has been behaving very strangely

The touch screen is showing as disabled i can use it only by hard pressing twice or thrice.

Also there is a voice command that is running which dictates every action that i take on the phone...E.g if i click on google play store the voice would dictate the same thing "Google Play Store".

Please I need immediate help

PCC = PC Companion, you can find it at the following link:
http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/tools/pc-companion/

Download and install PC Companion to your PC. In PC Companion you press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phone/tablet software > Repair phone/tablet (the blue clickable link in the message) > Follow these steps without having your device connected to the PC.

Follow the instruction that appears in the program and do not connect your device until this guide tells you how to connect it.

Poor Solution given by all of you ....

Had to just Close the Talk-Back functionality of the Phone
