In PC Companion you press start on Support Zone &amp;gt; Start on Update the phone/tablet software &amp;gt; Repair phone/tablet (the blue clickable link in the message) &amp;gt; Follow these steps without having your device connected to the PC.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Problem With Touch Screen</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My phone suddenly went into some unknown mode or what i dont know ....since then it has been behaving very strangely&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The touch screen is showing as disabled i can use it only by hard pressing twice or thrice.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also there is a voice command that is running which dictates every action that i take on the phone...E.g if i click on google play store the voice would dictate the same thing "Google Play Store".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please I need immediate help&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Poor Solution given by all of you ....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Had to just Close the Talk-Back functionality of the Phone&lt;/P&gt;</description>
