    <description>&lt;P&gt;Do you have the same operators on both SIM cards?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If that's the case, make sure that you have both a 3G network and a 2G network available, otherwise the network will be occupied when you are connected to the Internet.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Also check that you phone is set on network mode 'WCDMA/GSM'. Go to settings &amp;gt; more &amp;gt; mobile networks &amp;gt; network mode.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
