Call connection problem

When I make a call or recieve a call, I can't hear the person on the other end and they can't hear me either. I tried to repair my phone through PC Companion but it din't help. So, I sent it back to the shop that sold it to me and they said that it was a software issue and that it was repaired. But they didn't repair anything, it still has the same problem!! Does anyone have the same prolem? And does anyone have a sollution for this problem?

You can test the mic and earspeaker in the Xperia Diagnostics app:

You could also try to start your phone in safe mode to see if the problem may be caused by an 3rd party application:

If the problem still persists in Xperia diagnostics and safe mode I suggest that you have your phone examined by a service center again. Please contact your local support team for more information:

Thanks, it seems that I will have to contact my local support team...
