HELP!!! SUS doesnt detect my Z1

Pls help my 5days Xperia Z1 has got a blank screen for 36hrs now. the fone seems to be working on the back ground!!

Also, SUS doesnt detect my phone. followed the instructions carefully, restart my system twice....still i do not go beyond "Connecting your phone".

Charge phone for an hour, and restart holding power button and volume up key for force start. or press red button located near sim card holder.

But this doesn't work. I restarted the phone both ways over a million times now!....I have also let it charge till the LED turned green.

First try a hard reset & if it doesn't works then Take the phone to the nearest SONY SERVICE CENTRE.
