1. I just bought my xperia sp a week ago. This is my first time using an android phone. IF you want to zoom in/out, you use 2 fingers and move to the opposite direction right?
Why it is so hard to zoom sth like picture, web pages, etc
I can zoom it in but it needs a loot of work to do

2. Typing problem
is the phone's sensor could not detect two fingers typing simultaneously?
For example:
I type :"student service"
here is the result when I use 2 fingers(both of my thumbs)
"studht service"
I made a lot of typo and if you realize the letter h from studht is far from the letter of e(studEnt)
its like sometimes, the letter in between the letter I want to type, pops out by itself

can someone help me? Is it because my phone setting or because it is broken

Thanks for your answers
If you have some difficulty in zooming web pages, pictures, etc then it might be the screen protector is causing some problems. Also it might because the roughness/humidity of the finger(too soft or too wet might cause the touch sensor not to work properly).Second,Android's keyboard really doesn't support both fingers to type(even though it has multitouch capability). If you want to type using both fingers simultaneously then you need 3rd party app ie. Swift Keyboard.

So it has nothing to do with the setting of your.phone or the hardware itself.
