LAGGING PROBLEM

HELLO,I BOUGHT AN XPERIA M SINGLE SIM ONE WEEK AGO.IT WORKED ALL WELL EXCEPT WITH THE TIME AND DATE ISSUE WITH THE WATSSAPP,BUT THAT WAS SOLVED.BUT SINCE 2-3 DAYS MY PHONE IS EXPERINCING LAGS WHEN EVER I OPEN MY ALBUM,CONTACTS,MESSAGES,WATSSAPP,WALKMAN ANYTHING.AND SOMETIMES THE SCREEN DOESNT RESPONDS.TILL NOW I HAVE NOT EVEN INSERTED ANY MEMORY CARD.SHOULD I DO A FACTORY RESET OR GO TO THE CUSTOMER CARE???PLEASE REPLY SOON

1. STOP SCREAMING ( all caps = screaming)

2. Do a factory reset

3. if that doesn't work then take it to a Sony repair center

okay okay thanks i will do that and yeah i was not screaming it wsa just that my caps lock remained on:)

and yeah one more thing doing a factory reset,will i lose all the preinstalled apps that came with the phone at the time of purchase???

Everything should be back to when you got your hands on the phone, if you bought an app you will be able to re-download the app free, as you already pay for them, you will have to redownload all the apps.
