Stopping apps

During 3 months that I bought my phone, it is not working properly.after 2 weeks the message"unfortunately callings has stopped" appeared on the screen automatically. By restarting the phone problem was solved but it happened every 2/3 days again. The worse was that other apps stopped successively (such as messaging,moxier pro,album,....).I updated it to the new version 6.2.A.1.100 but it did not work again.Now I had to restart the phone again and again and again.However by this kind of solution many apps do not work anymore.I am going to be disappointed day by day.I wonder if it will work properly again?

Do a factory reset, backup everything on your PC then repair your phone with SUS

Update Service (SUS)

I reset it to factory setting and updated then, but unfortunately it did not work and the problems still exist .
