Samsung link equivalent

I had a Samsung before my Xperia z. And it had this brilliant thing called Samsung link. With it I could use my Samsung phone to browse (with WiFi connection) most of the content on my pc. I loved it because I could watch videos I had downloaded on my computer from my phone without having to download and take up space on my phone memory. I also didn't have to use usb cable to copy videos to my phone from pc.
Please someone tell me my Sony has something like this too?

I guess I'm having trouble setting up the sharing of content. I can see my pc is connected with my phone. But I don't seem to be able to access any files. Do you have any suggestions?
