PC companion bacvkup problem

I am an owner of Z1 about one month, but I never used PC companion. Resently I have got an update to 14.1.G.2.257. To avoid loosing data I tried to back it up using PC companion, but without success. Finally I update firmware by air, but PC companion backup master doesn't work. It starts, let me choose what to back up and stucks on the second step with the picture of laptop and smartphone. I waited a lot of time, but it never goes to step 3. I reinstalled the pc companion, drivers and java, but it does not help.

There are some issues with PCC at the moment, in the mean time

Thanks, but my doubts are that the issues are on my side, but not PCC...
