Internal storage - only 4 GB

Hello,

I have read the characteristics of my Xperia L published by SONY and it says that there should be 5.6 GB of internal storage. However, I see only 4 GB of total internal storage (including the space already occupied by apps and files).

Is this a defect of the phone??

I own a xperia L. It has about 5,6 GB of total user accessible memory divided in:

1,57 GB of phone memory

4 GB of internal storage
