smartwatch mn2 battery problem

i have a 2 month old smartwatch mn2 and its battery is so easy to drain. it discharges within a day even i used it or i dont use it. it is a pain for me to charge it every night. please help.

You could try reinstalling it via SUS and check if you experience any improvement in terms of battery life.

But if it still drains fast even without using it I suggest that you contact your local support team to have this examined at a repair center.

im updating it right now but in the step 2, and seems that the windows and the Update Service did not recognize my watch. the watch now is like loading from left to right.
