Xperia Acro S battery issue

Few days ago, when I woke up from bed I wanted to check news on the phone, but weirdly when i press the power button, there was no response. I felt that it was weird, I charged it to full.

The next day, my battery was 41% at morning and when i used it until 30%, a message prompt came up saying I need to plug in my phone because i had 0% left.

Today, when I was playing Asphalt with around 50% battery left, suddenly the same message prompt came up saying i have 0% left.

The common thing in these problems is when the phone battery drops to 30%, it straight jumps to 0%.

A fix or something that can help? It's really frustrating as its just one year plus, not 2-3 years.
