BAD EXPERIENCE USING XPERIA ZR

I bought the so-called water resistance Xperia ZR only just few weeks before the phone got total malfunctions. Very disappointing!

First week I found issue on the wi-fi connection which always showed "authentication problem"

Then week after, I brought the phone with me and got wet during a hard rain and then touch screen doesn’t work straight away as it became insensitive and phone kept on restarting by itself.

Moreover, I found leak on my screen assuming that the water went inside the phone.

Having said proudly that this phone is water resistant for 30 minutes under the water is not proven at all.

Brought my phone to Sony Mobile Centre Emporium Mall, Jakarta, Indonesia and the response was cold.

I asked for a new unit because it is clearly on Sony’s misconduct to sell product which is far far away from what being advertised and promised.

Bought the phone less than a month and defected because of product faulty, but the only advise given is only to get it serviced for unknown period of time.

The customer service said that the replacement only can be done straight away after doing unboxing.

But is there any standard of procedure to dip the phone inside the water to prove the water resistant? NONE.

If there is, maybe no one would buy this well-advertised waterproof phone.

Going back to the dealer is no use because they will refer to Sony Centre. But coming to service centre is very disappointing for the freaking poor service.

Please kindly concern about this.
