Problem with resetting phone lock code

Hi, I have a problem with resetting my phone lock code in vivaz model. I tried to reset to original settings, but the default code of 0000 doesn't work. I keep getting the code error message. What should I do? Pls help. Thanks.

Try 1234 and 1111.Otherwise, try using all the available digit spaces (6 or 8?), i.e: 000000 or 123456.

Hi Dr Chris,

Do you know if there's any maximum number of attempts allowed to enter the phone lock code? For example, for the PIN, more than 3 incorrect attempts will block the SIM card. I've been trying continuously to figure out the phone lock code, but I just can't remember. Thanks.

You need to have it unlocked at a service centre if you don't remember the phone lock code.

Hello together,

how ca i reset a forgotten lock code on a Vivaz phone.

I need it for a reset of factory settings since an upgrade of software is not working ... the phone restarts if connected to the computer.
