i have a problem of my xperia neo l my left most screen is not working i can not type letters q, a and i cant use the upper case key i haven't drop my phone, i was just charging and after i turned it on and the left most touch screen is not already working

i really need your help guys

test your screen with Service Menu

I can't see the picture, please upload it to box.com and post the link here, it could be a hardware issue, if so you will have to take it to a Sony repair center, you could repair your phone with SUS or PCC and check if that helps
